Preferred Property Solutions' roots in homebuying go all the way back to 2000 when co-founder Jason Weiner, purchased his first investment property in Baltimore City (Locust Point). I was a financial advisor at the time but, realized through the years my passion was always real estate. In 2007 at the height of the housing bust I decided to switch gears and pursue real estate full time. I have since brought my wife, Tania, into the business and made it a family affair. Our goals will always be the same. To best advise sellers of all possible options so they can make the most informed decision possible.
